Eligibility Criteria for Seme City Films

  1. Screenwriters
  2. Creative Producers
  3. African
  4. 18 years to 35 years old
  5. Fluency in English or French
  6. Must be ready to commit 14 months in the film city in Benin Republic
  7. Applicants will be chosen based on the creativity of their ideas or track records in the creative space
